The retreat for women at 22 Wellness allows space to explore the women’s journey, connecting us through common experiences and themes in our lives. It will allow you to find the power in your story by understanding it in a new way.
In a series of sessions, you will be led through a group regression processes to heal past wounds that may be preventing you from fully embracing the possibilities in your future and moving forward on your spiritual path.
The group sessions will include Hypnotherapy and Deep Memory process regression techniques. Reiki, IET, and visualization techniques will be used to support these processes. You will explore:
